Insights from Participants

  • Numbers without a narrative are just a data dump. A narrative without numbers is an abstract story. Together, numbers and narrative create storytelling with data. This is powerful.

  • Be grounded, authentic, and balanced. This was a great reminder of how effective leaders think beyond immediate outcomes, adopt an owner’s mindset, and prioritize the company's long-term well-being.

  • The nine steps and the Simplicity/Objectivity/Clarity were good frameworks for putting together presentations—the group project required team skills and navigating dynamics to accomplish a shared task.

  • Numbers don’t change, but the narrative can. Dive deep and know the underlying numbers to own the story.

  • Kedar Kale was an excellent speaker and facilitator - an incredibly emotionally intelligent leader.

  • Excellent, up-to-date, pertinent content, applied meaningfully, with valuable takeaways for us to use on an ongoing basis.

  • Kedar knocked it out of the park. I love how Kedar combined technology to engage the audience. I want to bring this method back to my place of work.

  • The session's simplicity had a significant impact. I’ll use these ideas to craft a compelling story.

  • Kedar was AMAZING! I loved the method. It was simple, and the outcomes and meaning were profound. The technology was also wonderfully executed.
